Is the preview really free?
Yes. You get two designs of your site with no cost and no obligation. If you don’t like them, you don’t pay anything.
What does “same day” mean?
Once you’ve picked a design and approved it, we put it live on the same day.
What counts as a correction?
Changes to wording, prices, hours, photos and so on, up to 500 words in total over up to 5 emails within 14 days of your preview. Bigger changes or extra pages are priced up front.
Do I need to move my hosting?
Your new site is hosted by Net2000, so hosting and your website are looked after by one team. If your domain is registered elsewhere, we’ll tell you exactly what to change. It’s usually one setting.
Who owns the content?
You do. We reuse your own words, logo and photos. If any images on your current site look licensed from someone else, we’ll flag them and suggest free-to-use replacements.
Can I have a contact or booking form without PHP?
Yes. Forms use a small script we write and maintain that isn’t PHP, so there’s still no plugin to keep updated.
